In response to the current pandemic, sessions are now available via video or telephone, enabling people from anywhere in the UK to access therapy, not only those in the local area.

My experience since March 2020 has shown that, although different from face-to-face work, online therapy can be just as effective, so if you have access to the internet or a phone then hopefully there is no reason for Covid-19 to prevent you from accessing the support you require.

An initial consultation is offered with no obligation, in order to explore how therapy might work for you (whether short or longer term), what has brought you to seek counselling right now and, importantly, the outcomes you are hoping to achieve.

If, after this, we both feel that we can work effectively together, we will agree a day and time for your counselling sessions, usually on a weekly basis.

Initial consultation (50 mins): Free

Adult session (50 mins): £45
Young person's (ages 16 to 18) session: (50 minutes): £40

I am able to offer a small number of slots at a concessionary rate, reserved for students and those on lower incomes. Please get in touch for more information.

* I am currently on maternity leave until autumn 2021 and unable to take on any new clients until this time. Please visit the BACP therapist directory to find details of other therapists you may wish to contact.

If you would like to book an initial appointment to discuss your individual situation and the support you are looking for right now, please email
