In response to the current pandemic, sessions are now available via video or telephone, as well as face-to-face.

My experience since March 2020 has shown that, although different from face-to-face work, online therapy can be just as effective, so if you have access to the internet or a phone then hopefully there is no reason for Covid-19 to prevent you from accessing the support you require.

Whether you would prefer to work online or in person, an initial consultation is offered with no obligation, in order to explore how therapy might work for you (whether short or longer term), what has brought you to seek support right now and, importantly, the outcomes you are hoping to achieve.

If, after this, we both feel that we can work effectively together, we will agree a day and time for your sessions, usually on a weekly basis.

Initial consultation (up to 50 mins): Free

Subsequent sessions:  £50

I am able to offer a small number of slots at a concessionary rate, reserved for students and those on lower incomes. Please get in touch for more information.

If you would like to book an initial appointment to discuss your individual situation and the support you are looking for right now, please email
